A small-scale feasibility study involving 25 infant-parent dyads showed positive feedback from parents and nursing staff regarding safety, comfort, and ease of use. Parents using the garment held their infants for significantly longer KC sessions (average 171 minutes) compared to typical durations. The Kangarobe™ successfully managed medical lines without interrupting care and improved procedural efficiency through its design features.",

It highlights the importance of 'listening beyond words' to non-verbal cues like silence and indirectness, adapting to unfamiliar clinical spaces as 'cultural distance,' actively earning trust due to historical marginalization, and employing strategies such as local dialects and family mediators. The research underscores that cultural safety requires more than translation; it demands relational skills, time, organizational support for culturally congruent practices, and embedding linguistic and cultural resources into rural healthcare services.",

"excerpt": "This DNP project evaluated an educational intervention on ultrasound-guided arterial line placement for CRNAs. A pre-post study of nine participants showed significant improvements in knowledge scores (66.7% to 87.6%) and self-perceived confidence across key procedural areas, including vascular anatomy identification, technique execution, complication management, and preference for ultrasound guidance. Qualitative feedback highlighted the value of simulation-based learning but also pointed to limited access to US equipment as a barrier. The findings suggest that targeted education is effective in bridging knowledge gaps among CRNAs regarding this evidence-based practice.",

"excerpt": "This study investigated Emotional Schema Therapy (EST) and differentiation training for reducing emotional divorce in women. Both interventions significantly decreased ED compared to a control group (P<0.05). However, EST was found to be more effective than differentiation training at decreasing the rate of emotional divorce (P<0.05). The conclusion suggests these approaches can improve marital relationships by addressing psychological distress and enhancing emotion regulation skills.",
